我国城镇燃气行业保持了10年较好的发展态势。进入"十二五"以来,技术发展和客户需求的新动向,公众对服务、环境和安全的日益关注,为城镇燃气行业提供了新的市场机会,也遇到发展瓶颈。通过对法国、日本等国家部分燃气企业发展现状跟踪分析,发现国际领先燃气企业主要是从强化主业、产业链延伸、多元化发展、地域拓展四个维度来制定和实施其发展战略,这些企业在围绕核心业务做强、做大主业的同时,通过不断延伸产业链和地域拓展来构建燃气企业的价值链,以业务创新和服务创新为引擎,推动企业由燃气供应商向清洁能源服务和运营商转变,这也将是国内燃气企业发展的必由之路。
China's city gas industry has maintained good development momentum for the past 10 years. Since the beginning of the 12 th Five-Year Plan, new trends in technology development and consumer demand and growing public concern about service, environment and safety have presented both new market opportunities and development bottlenecks for the city gas industry. By way of analysis tracing the national development of natural gas companies in France, Japan and elsewhere, leading international natural gas companies' owners were discovered wanting to formulate and implement a four-dimensional development strategy of strengthening the core business, extending the industrial chain, diversified expansion and regional expansion. These companies centered on strengthening their core business and growing the main business by relentlessly extending the industrial chain and regionally expanding to establish the natural gas company's value chain, serving as an engine of business and service innovation, encouraging enterprises to change from being gas suppliers to being clean energy services and operators, and this will even be the only development path for domestic natural gas companies to follow.
