成人牙周病患者正畸治疗前后咀嚼效能的疗效评价及相关影响因素的研究

Evaluation of masticatory efficiency before and after orthodontic curative treatment in adult patients with periodontal diseases

目的：观察成人牙周病患者正畸治疗前后的咀嚼效能的变化,并初步分析影响疗效评价的因素。方法：选择成人牙周病患者30例,年龄20~35岁,治疗前后分别以硬化明胶作咀嚼效能的测试物,利用吸光度法测定咀嚼效能。另选30例正常牙合成年人作为正常对照组。结果：正畸治疗前后咀嚼效能测定差别明显,同时正常组与正畸治疗前、后比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;进行多元回归分析：结果提示磨牙反牙合、前颅底平面-下齿槽座点角（SNB）≥80°等因素与咀嚼效能有相关性。结论：对成人牙周病患者实施正畸治疗能够改善颜面美观,同时提高其咀嚼效能,磨牙反牙合、SNB≥80°等因素可作为疗效评价相关指标。

Objective： To evaluate masticatory efficiency before and after orthodontic curative treatment in adult patients with periodontal diseases. Method： 30 adult patients with periodontal disease, aged 20 to 35 years old were enrolled. Hardened gelatin was used as chewing test content and absorbance method is used to determine masticatory efficiency. 30 volunteers with healthy tooth were also enrolled as normal control group. Results.. Detected masticatory efficiency before and after orthodontic treatment was significantly different. Significance in masticatory efficiency between the control group and the treatment group was also observed （P〈0. 05）. Multiple regression analysis suggested grind the teeth together, angle between plane of the skull base - the tooth point Angle （SNB） ≥80° were significantly correlated with masticatory efficiency. Conclusions： Implementation of orthodontic treatment in patients with adult periodontitis can improve facial beauty, and improve the masticatory efficiency. Factors including grinding teeth SNB≥80°or related indicators can be used as a curative effect evaluation.
