选择4种非发酵茶(绿茶)[屏山炒青(四川)、霍山黄芽(安徽)、黄山毛峰(安徽)以及龙井茶(浙江)]和2种发酵茶(红茶)[祁门红茶(安徽)和普洱茶(云南)],分别按0.7g/100g和1.4g/100g剂量加入配合饲料,饲养平均体重5.45g/尾的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)8周后,测定各组鱼体肝脏维生素E(VE)含量,然后降低水位,对剩余试验鱼进行3d的拥挤胁迫,再测定各组鱼体肝脏的VE含量。结果显示,6种茶叶均导致VE含量显著提高,其中屏山炒青和黄山毛峰2种剂量的均显著提高,霍山黄芽和祁门红茶0.7g/100g组显著提高,龙井茶和普洱茶1.4g/100g组的显著提高。胁迫后,龙井组、0.7g/100g的黄山毛峰组、1.4g/100g的普洱组与对照组无显著差异,其余各种显著低于对照组。结合胁迫前后结果,可以看出龙井茶、黄山毛峰(0.7g/100g)和普洱茶(1.4g/100g)对提高草鱼肝脏VE含量有更好的作用。
8-week growth trial was conducted to investigate the effect of four kinds of Chinese unfermented tea(green tea)and two fermented tea(black tea)on the Vitamin E content of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)liver,and each tea have two different additive levels(0.7g/100 g and1.4g/100g).Four unfermented tea were Pingshan Chaoqing,Huoshan Huangya,Huangshan Maofeng and Longjing Tea,and two fermented teas were Qimen's black tea and Pu-erh tea.After growth trial,a 3-day crowding challenge trial was conducted to investigate the effect of stress.The results showed that all six kinds of teas improved Vitamin E content in liver significantly after8-week culture.Pingshan Chaoqing and Huangshan Maofeng(0.7g/100 g and 1.4g/100 g levels),Huoshan Huangya and Qimen's black tea(only 0.7g/100 g level)and Longjing tea and Pu-erh tea(only 1.4g/100 g level)had significantly higher Vitamin E contents than control group.After crowding stress,Longjing groups(both 0.7g/100 g and 1.4g/100g),Huangshan Maofeng group(0.7g/100g)and Pu-erh group(1.4g/100g)had similar Vitamin E contents in livers to control group,and the other trial groups were significantly lower than control group.In conclusion,Longjing tea,Huangshan Maofeng(0.7g/100g)and Pu-erh tea(1.4g/100g)are more efficient for improving Vitamin E contents in livers.
