丹红注射液对急性期脑梗患者疗效及血液流变学的影响分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨丹红注射液对急性期脑梗患者疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2011年3月-2012年7月期间我院确诊治疗的急性期脑梗患者168例,依据随机分配原则分为对照组和丹红组,两组患者均给予抗血小板聚集、脑内压控制等基础治疗,丹红组患者在此基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,统计分析所有患者的治疗效果,检测患者血液流变学指标变化和应用神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)评估患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况。结果:丹红组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);丹红组患者血液流变学指标优于对照组(P<0.05);丹红组患者治疗后NIHSS得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗可有效提高急性期脑梗患者的疗效和改善患者脑部血液流变学指标,有利于缓解神经功能缺损症状,值得临床作进一步推广。 Objective: To discuss the curative effect of danhong injection on the patients with acute cerebral infarction and analyze its influence on hemorheology. Methods: One hundred and sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March, 2011 to July, 2012 were selected and randomized into a control group and a Danhong group. Basic treatment such as antiplatelet aggregation and pressure control in the brain was given in two groups and in addition, Danhong injection was given in the Danhong group. Curative efficacy in all patients was statistically analyzed, the indexes of hemorheology were detected and neurological deficit situation was assessed based on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) before and after treatment. Results: Treatment efficiency was higher in the Danhong group than in the control group (P〈0.05), the indexes of hemorheology was much better in the Danhong group than in the control group (P〈0.05) and NIHSS score after treatment was significantly lower in the Danhong group than in the control group (/〈0.05). Conclusion: Danhong injection therapy can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the indexes of hemorheology, and is of benefit to alleviating the neurological deficit symptoms and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
