杨树EBP1基因的克隆与表达载体构建 被引量:1

摘要 器官大小是植物形态的重要表现特征之一,也是决定一些作物或经济植物产量和品质的重要因素。研究证实,草本植物如拟南芥中EBP1类转录因子可从细胞数量和体积2个方面同时调控植物器官大小,但该基因在木本植物杨树中的结构及功能仍未知。本研究依托杨树全基因组及EST数据信息,采用生物信息学方法结合基因同源序列克隆,首次对杨树中的EBP1全长c DNA进行克隆及序列分析,同时成功构建了用于遗传转化的过表达载体。
