Folin-Ciocalteu法测定浓缩还原橙汁中总酚含量 被引量:1

摘要 研究福林-酚(Folin-Ciocaileu)法测定浓缩还原橙汁(refrigerated orange juice from concentrated,ROJFC)中总酚含量的最佳反应条件,比较不同产地商品100%浓缩还原橙汁中的总酚含量。结果表明:福林试剂的浓度为0.25 mol/L、Na2CO3的质量分数为12.5%、反应时间为20 min、反应温度为60℃时,在0~12μg/m L范围内,浓缩还原橙汁中多酚含量与其对应的吸光度有良好线性关系(r^2=0.998 9),该方法重现性好、精密度高(RSD〈2.0%),回收率范围为99.3%~102.3%;不同产地商品浓缩还原橙汁总酚含量差异较大,介于571.80~1 101.33μg/m L。研究结果为进一步研究浓缩还原橙汁的饮用价值提供了技术支持与数据参考。
