摘要
对Co系费-托合成催化剂助剂的影响效果和作用机理按照助剂在元素周期表中的位置排列进行了归纳和分析。分析表明,助剂的种类涵盖了从ⅠA族到Ⅷ族的众多族元素及其化合物,包括贵金属、稀土金属、金属氧化物、碱金属和碱土金属。这些助剂通过影响Co催化剂的还原温度、还原度、Co晶粒分散度、Co与载体之间的相互作用、Co对CO的吸附解离能力等途径而改变Co催化剂的费-托合成反应性能。
A detailed literature survey was carried out in the view of the promotion and effects on Co catalysts for Fisher-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis. A summary was conducted based on the positions of the promoters in the periodic table of dements, showing that the promoters for the F-T Co catalyst could be the elements and their oxides varying from ⅠA to Ⅷ, including the noble metal, rare-earth metals, metallic oxides, base metals, alkali metals and alkaline earth metals. They effect the catalyst performance by changing of initial reduction temperature, reduction degree, dispersion, Co crystal size, interaction between Co and carrier, and the abilities and approaches of CO adsorption on Co catalyst.
