Taking the questionnaires in Ningxia as an example, analyzing the situation of the agriculture technique extension personnel in the local in Ningxia, proposing solutions to five shortcomings.The professionalization and specialization of local agriculture technique extension personnel is the essecial way to develop modern agriculture , fulfilling the endogenous needs, providing relative policies as external factors, giving full play to promote modern agricultural development.
