摘要
针对工业用3M圆弧齿同步带,利用UG软件建立同步带与带轮3D模型,通过Hyper Mesh软件对同步带进行网格划分,再利用Recur Dyn软件建立带与带轮的刚柔耦合模型并进行动力学仿真分析,获得传动过程中带应力变化曲线,系统分析不同转速和张紧力对带最大应力影响规律。为研究工业用圆弧齿同步带的使用寿命提供了一种数字化仿真分析方法。
Considering industrial 3M arc teeth synchronous belt,this paper establishes a 3D model of synchronous belt and pulley by UG,makes a gridding division on the synchronous belt by Hyper Mesh,then builds a MFBD model of the belt and pulley by Recur Dyn and carries out a dynamic simulation and analysis,to get the stress curve during the belt's driving,and it systematically analyzes the effects of different velocity of driving wheel and tension on the biggest stress,which provides a kind of digital simulation analysis method for the industrial arc teeth synchronous belt life.
