摘要
以碳化硅为主要原料,氧化铝和氧化钇为液相烧结助剂,天然鳞片石墨为添加剂,采用粉末冶金工艺,在1900℃热压烧结制备不同石墨含量的碳化硅基复合材料,研究了不同石墨含量对复合材料性能的影响,分别采用X射线衍射仪和精细陶瓷试验机测试其物相组成和力学性能,采用摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦实验,结果表明,随着石墨含量的增加,复合材料的孔隙度增加,密度及弯曲强度降低,材料的摩擦性能得到了提高。
Graphite reinforced SiC composites were prepared via introducing natural graphite flakes into SiC matrix by liquid phase sintering. Their mechanical and tribological properties, including density, flexural strength and densification behavior were investigated. The flexural strength and relative density of the composites decreased with the increase of graphite, and the excellent tribological performance of the graphite improved the tribological properties of SiC composites.
