摘要
通过对我国图书馆立法历史的回顾、现状的分析及东西部公共图书馆基本情况的比较,阐述了我国图书馆法规建设的必要性。
Through the analysis of history and present situation of our country＇s library legislation and the comparison of the basic situation of eastern and western public library, the paper expounds the necessity of construction of library laws and regulations in China.
