Technology is an important driving force to promote the progress of human communication. Any emergence of new media is the result of human＇s technology selection. Under the promotion of technology wave, the media is becoming an important tool of enhancing human communication forces and extending human communication modes. In the process of reforming the former technology environment, human rationality has played an important role in determining the humanized direction of media evolution, embodies the optimization rules of technological value. Thus, in the forming process of new ecological environment of communication, the technology has constructive meaning,it is also making the green internet,globalized communication and other ecological concepts become more and more important human consensus.
