摘要
以装配某天然气烧嘴的阳极炉为对象,针对其熔体上部空间内的燃烧过程开展数值仿真研究。对仿真结果进行分析后发现:阳极炉保温期时,阳极炉炉膛内部烧嘴两侧区域均存在较大的回流,炉内最高温度为2 311 K;氧化期时,由于烧嘴右侧形成回流,因此炉内火焰出现向右偏转的现象并造成单侧炉壁温度偏高,阳极炉中心气相最高温度为2 506 K。
A CFD computation was carried out for the combustion process in an anode furnace. The simulation results reveal that, during the heating period, strong gaseous recirculation was formed in both sides near the burner and the maximum temperature inside the furnace is 2 311 K, whilst in the oxidation period, as the recirculation lies in only one side of the furnace, the flame leans to the right thus causes high temperature near the refractory linings. The highest temperature found in this oxidation period is 2 506 K.
