On Equipment Support Training of Whole-Process Evaluating Based on DAF

装备保障训练评估是促进装备保障训练业务持续改进,提高装备保障训练效能的有效手段。建立了对其全程评估的指标体系,构建了基于DAF的评估模型,实例计算结果表明:该方法能够有效结合定性与定量分析,模型结构简单规范,为装备保障训练全程评估提供了一种参考方法。

Evaluating of equipment support training is an important measure of making equipment support training business continuously improve and improving the efficiency of equipment support training. This pa- per built an evaluating index system. The evaluation model was constructed based on the DAF. Case resuits show that the method can combine objective analysis with quantitative analysis effectively and be applied widely due to its simplicity, which provides a reference way for the equipment support training wholeprocess evaluation.
