摘要
建立测定新疆两色金鸡菊提取物中总黄酮含量的分光光度法,为测定样品中总黄酮的含量提供依据。通过比较Al(NO3)3或Al Cl3+KAc两种反应显色体系条件下两色金鸡菊提取物和对照品槲皮苷的连续波长扫描图谱,考察两种反应体系连续波长扫描光谱吸收曲线和最大吸收峰峰位值,建立测定两色金鸡菊提取物中总黄酮的分光光度法。结果显示新疆两色金鸡菊提取物和槲皮苷对照品在Al Cl3+KAc显色反应体系下产生的光谱吸收曲线相似,最大吸收峰峰位值更接近。因此,可以使用Al Cl3+KAc显色反应来测定新疆两色金鸡菊中总黄酮的含量。
To select the appropriate reaction system for determinating the content of total flavonoids in Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. in Xinjiang. The ehromatograms of C.tinctoria flowering tops (CTF) extract and quercitrin standard were studied by the spectrum characteristic absorption parameters and the maximum absorption peak values in A1 (NO3)3 or A1Cl3+KAc chromogenic reaction system. The results showed that the chromatograms of CTF extract and quercitrin standard were similar in A1C13+KAc reaction system, and the maximum absorption peak value of CTF extract was close to quercitrin standard. The A1C13+KAc reaction system can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids obtained from C. tinctoria in Xinjiang.
