摘要
针对普通钻铣平台存在劳动强度大、辅助时间长、生产效率低、产品质量不稳定等问题,采用"运动控制卡+PC"的开放式体系结构,提出了数控钻铣平台的总体设计方案。通过对钻铣工作台进行模态分析,得出工作台前4阶的振型和固有频率,获取其工作频率在123.68、274.41、489.09、528.67 Hz时变形量为0.15-0.35 mm,并通过计算得出工作台的危险工作频率为500-600 Hz,可为其在使用过程中避开共振点频率和传动方式选用和整体结构改进提供理论依据;对钻铣平台控制系统的软硬件进行分析与设计,完成了通用型数控钻铣平台系统的设计与搭建,该钻铣平台具有结构简单、开放性程度高、通用性好、信息处理能力强、开发成本低等优点,可满足科研和教学需要。
For great labor intensity,long auxiliary time,low productivity,unstable quality and other issues of common drilling and milling platform.An open-architecture of "motion control card + PC" was used,and proposed the overall design scheme of CNC milling and drilling platforms.Through modal analysis of the drilling and milling table,first four order vibration type and natural frequency of the stage were obtained.The deformation was 0.15-0.35 mm when the operating frequency was 123.68Hz,274.41Hz,489.09Hz,528.67Hz,respeetively.The frequency of risk operating was calculated 500-600 Hz.This provided a theoretical basis for avoiding the resonance frequency during the process of using, transmission mode selection and improvement of overall structure.Further more,software and hardware of the platform control system were analyzed and designed,and realized the designation and building of universal CNC milling and drilling platforms.The platform with the advantages of simple structure,low development cost, short development cycle,strong information processing ability,high degree of openness and good generality meets the research and teaching needs.
