摘要
高校商业性学生社团作为一种新兴的学生社团,在组织结构和管理上与传统社团有诸多异同。本文以这些异同之处为切入点,描述了商业性学生社团的概况,总结了商业性学生社团管理的特点,探讨了商业性社团在当代校园文化中的优势与不足,并针对其中的不足给出了相应的建议,以帮助商业性社团发展,使之符合当代高校综合全面教育的要求,为丰富校园文化、提升学生综合素质做出相应的贡献,也为其他学生社团的建设和发展提供一定的参考与指导。
As an emerging club, college commercial student communities have many similarities and also differences in the organizational structure and management comparing with tradi- tional societies. Based on these similarities and differences, this paper expounds the general situation of commercial student associations, and summarizes the characteristics of student associa- tion management, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of commercial associations in the contemporary campus culture. For these lacks, corresponding suggestions are given to help the business community development, such that these communities can accord with the the contem- porary university comprehensive education requirements, enrich the campus culture, promote the students' comprehensive quality and make the corresponding contribution. The paper also provides reference and guidance for the construction and development of other student associations.
