摘要
分子诊断中核酸的检测对于了解其在疾病的发生和发展中所起到的作用至关重要。近年来发展的核酸生物传感器因其响应迅速、特异性强、操作简单、易于微型化等优点受到广泛关注。因此对核酸分子杂交和核酸二级结构的预测便具有很重要的意义。本文基于Zuker的最小自由能算法所开发的UNAfold,对其在核酸生物传感器设计中所起的作用进行阐述。
