脉冲中频电疗法在妇科术后患者中的应用

目的探讨脉冲中频电疗法在妇科术后的应用效果。方法以90例行妇科传统剖腹手术的患者为研究对象,随机分为2组(n=45)。观察组患者给予脉冲中频电疗,20 min/次,2次/d,对照组患者给予芬太尼肌内注射,0.1 mg/次,1次/d。观察比较2组患者临床病理生理参数:包括首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间等;在干预前、干预后1周、干预后2周运用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SDS)评价所有入选患者SAS、SDS标准分;观察比较2组患者术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者首次肛门排气时间等临床病理生理参数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,对照组SAS、SDS标准分分别为(53.9±10.1)分、(49.8±11.2)分,观察组分别为(53.2±10.7)分、(48.6±12.7)分,差异均无统计学意义。干预2周后,对照组SAS、SDS标准分分别为(47.5±11.4)分、(46.1±11.8)分,观察组分别为(35.8±10.5)分、(38.5±10.4)分,2组SAS、SDS标准分均明显下降,并且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率观察组(8.89%)显著低于对照组(28.89%)(χ2=5.874,P<0.05)。结论脉冲中频电疗法能有效缓解妇科手术患者术后疼痛,对改善患者预后有正向意义。

Objective To observe the application effect of pulse mid-frequency electric therapy on patients with gynecological operation. Methods 90 patients with gynecological operation from July 2011 to March 2013 were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in control group were given fentanyl; patients in observation group were given pulse mid-frequency electric therapy. The clinical pathological physiological parameters and incidence rate of postoperative complications of patients in two groups were compared. By using SAS and SDS, analgesic effect was evaluated. Results The clinical pathological physiological parameters of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Before the intervention, the control group SAS, SDS score was （53.9± 10.1）, （49.8±11.2）,the observation group were （53.2±10.7）, （48.6 ± 12.7）, the difference had no statistical significance. After 2 weeks of intervention, the control group SAS, SDS score was（47.5 ± 11.4）, （46.1 ± 11.8）, the observation group were （35.8 ± 10.5）, （38.5 ± 10.4）, two groups of SAS, SDS were significantly decreased, and the intervention group was significantlylower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of abdominal distension of patients in observation group was significant lower than that in control group （8.89% vs 28.89%, x^2 =5.874, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pulse mid-frequency electric therapy can effectively relieve post operation pain of patients with gynecological operation and has a good curative effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
