HLA基因与芳香族抗癫痫药物诱发皮肤不良反应相关性研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 芳香族抗癫痫药物（antiepileptic drugs,AEDs）是一类具有相同化学结构并含有苯环的药物。包括卡马西平（carbamazepine,CBZ）、苯妥英钠（phenytoin,PHT）、苯巴比妥（phenobarbital,PB）、拉莫三嗪（lamotrigine,LTG）、奥卡西平（oxcarbazepine,OXC）、扑米酮（primidone,PRM）以及唑尼沙胺（zonisamide,ZNS）等。
