青少年法治教育的内容应该包含法律、人权、民主等主题,而法律、人权、民主等观念不仅仅是知识,更是一种价值观,法治教育包含法律教育,但更加重视蕴含在法律体系中的价值的教育。青少年法治教育还存在着定位不明确、思想认识不到位、教育内容不系统、保障条件不充分等问题。开展青少年的法治教育,提高法治教育的成效,可以从设置系统的法治课程、使用多元化的教学方式、实施全方位教育、加强教师培训等几个方面着手进行。

The content of legal education for teenagers should include the themes of law, human rights, and democracy, etc., which are not merely some kind of knowledge, but value system. Legal education not only includes law education, but also pays more attention to the value education implied in the law system. At present, there are some problems in legal education such as the lack of specific and distinct direction and visions, the misunderstanding of the meaning of the context, the lack of systematicness in the courses, the shortage of assurance conditions, etc. Thus, to further facilitate the legal education and strengthen the teenagers＇ legal efficiency, we should design the legal systematic courses, conduct multiple teaching methods, implement the all-round education and promote teacher training, etc.
