满足人民群众日益强烈的优质教育资源需求,迫切需要建设更多的义务教育优质学校。作为学校创办、运营、管理应具备的基本条件和遵守的基本规则,义务教育优质学校办学标准主要由生成性的学校理念、卓越的课程教学、充满活力的内部管理及高支持性的外部环境四个维度组成。"学校改进"作为义务教育优质学校建设的常见方式,本质上是一种聚焦问题和解决问题的学校变革路径,它在推动优质学校建设的同时,也阻碍了优质学校向纵深层次的发展,束缚了学校组织的能量释放与潜能开发。"欣赏型探究"路径是一种积极挖掘优势和培育正能量的学校变革方式,与"学校改进"不同,它强调发展学校的关键不在于纠缠问题和聚焦缺失,而在于发现其既有的优势和长处,引导学校人员共同梦想进而在规划设计基础上去积极实现目标。
To meet people's growing demand for high-quality education, it is necessary and urgent to build more high-quality schools of compulsory education. The running standards of high-quality school of compulsory education are characterized by generative school philosophy, excellent curriculum teaching, dynamic internal management and supportive external environment, which are also the basic conditions and fundamental principles to establish, run and manage high-quality schools. "School improvement" is the conventional way of high-quality school construction, which is a path that focuses on finding and solving problems. This path, to some extent, promotes the high-quality school construction and poses an obstacle to further development, energy release and potential exploitation of school organization at the same time. "Appreciative inquiry" is a brand new path of school change, which focuses on strength appreciation and positive attitude cultivation. Unlike "school improvement", which lays stress on problems and deficiencies, "appreciative inquiry" emphasizes that the fundamental way of school development and change is to find the existing strengths and advantages, and guide the school faculties to dream together and achieve the destiny positively based on design.
