Humble Opinion on Educational Wisdom

摘要 教育是一项需要智慧的事业。教育智慧体现的是一种品质、状态和境界,培养人格健全、充满高度智慧的人是教育的终极追求。教育智慧既表现为真正意义上的尊重学生、关注个性、追求人生的幸福境界,又表现为一种举重若轻的气度和化难为易的教学艺术。教育智慧是一种转化师生矛盾的艺术,是一种正确处理教与学矛盾的技巧。教育智慧的形成不是一种天赋,而是来自于后天的训练,其并非掌握一种单纯的技巧,而是植根于对教育事业的忠诚、对学生浓厚的师爱,建筑在强烈的事业心与责任感的基础之上。教育智慧在很大程度上取决于教师本人的思想素质和业务素质,取决于教师热爱学生和全心全意献身于教育事业的赤诚之心。 Education is a cause calling for wisdom. Educational wisdom reflects a kind of quality, state and realm, whose ultimate pursuit is to cultivate people with sound personality and full of high intelligence. Educational wisdom reflects not only the happy realm of respecting students, concerning personality and pursuing life in its true sense, but also a kind of grace and teaching art of turning the hard to the easy. Educational wisdom is a kind of art to transform the contradictions between teachers and students, which is also a kind of skill to handle correctly the contradictions between teaching and learning. The form of educational wisdom is not a kind of genius, but oriented from the postnatal training, and that is not a kind of simple skill, but rooted in the loyalty to the educational cause, the deep love of teachers to students, which is based on the strong entrepreneur spirit and sense of responsibility. The level of educational wisdom is up to the ideological quality and professional quality of the teacher himself to a large extent, and up to the teachers" love to students and the heart affection of their devoting themselves to educational cause wholeheartedly.
