摘要
美国中小学教师入职教育以价值定位、目标设计、指导原则、内容结构、实践模式和评价体系为结构模块,形成较为完备的结构体系,为提升美国中小学教师的专业素养和中小学教育质量发挥了积极作用。其"入职教育的价值与目标","层级具化、逻辑展开、环环相扣的设计与实践思路","以促进教师专业发展为核心的评价体系"三大特征,可为改进、完善我国中小学教师入职教育提供启示与借鉴。
Beginning Teacher Induction Program plays a crucial role in promoting primary and secondary school teachers" professional development and the quality of school education in America. It is composed of six modules, such as program values, guiding principles, induction targets, components, training modes and induction evaluation. It is an integral part of the American teacher education system, and has formed its own unique characteristics. Especially its value and goals, its logical and coherent instructional practice model, and its evaluation system oriented to teacher professional development, are of great significance for improving and enhancing teacher induction in China.
