2011—2013年湖北省十堰市法定传染病疫情调查

Epidemic investigation on notifiable diseases in Shiyan City of Hubei Province from 2011-2013

目的分析2011-2013年湖北省十堰市法定报告传染病的流行特征和变化趋势,探讨防制措施。方法从国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统中收集报告数据,进行统计分析。结果 3年间无甲类传染病报告;报告乙类传染病21种,共38 323例,死亡63例,年均发病率为381.63/10万,年均死亡率为0.63/10万;发病居前6位的依次是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾、淋病、甲型H1N1流感,占乙类传染病报告总数的99.02%。报告丙类传染病8种,共32 736例,年均发病率为325.99/10万,发病居前3位的依次是手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎,占丙类传染病报告总数的92.91%。结论 2010—2013年,该市报告乙类传染病疫情相对比较稳定;丙类传染病呈明显上升趋势;乙类传染病中的肝炎、肺结核、性传播疾病,丙类传染病中的手足口病、其他感染性腹泻和流行性腮腺炎应作为现阶段防治工作重点,应建立综合性的长效防治机制。

[ Objective ] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and variation trends of notifiable diseases in Shiyan City of Hubei Province from 2011-2013, and explore control measures.[Methods] The data collected from National Disease Reporting System were analyzed statistically.[Resets] During 3 years, no category A infectious disease was reported, 38 323 cases of 21 kinds category B infectious diseases were reported, with 63 death cases, average incidence of 381.63/100 000 and annual mortality rate of 0.63/100 000. The top 6 diseases were viral hepatitis , tuberculosis, syphilis , dysentery, gonorrhea , H1NI, which occupied 99.02% of all cases of category B infectious diseases. There were 32 736 cases of 8 kinds of category C infectious diseases were reported, with annual morbidity rate of 325.99/100 000. The top 3 diseases were HFMD, other infectious diarrhea and mumps, which occupied 92.91% of all cases of category C infectious diseases.[ Conclusion ] During 2011-2013, the epidemic features of category B infectious diseases is stable, but category C shows upward trend. The currently control method should focus on hepatitis , tuberculosis , sexually transmitted diseases of category B, HFMD, other infectious diarrhea and mumps of category C. And the comprehensive long-term prevention mechanism should be establish.
