犬脊椎骨折手术治疗6例 被引量：3

摘要 在小动物临床,脊髓损伤是比较常见的引起动物神经功能障碍的原因之一.在造成脊髓损伤的原因中,除了最常见的椎间盘突出/脱位外,因车祸、高空坠落以及咬伤引起的脊髓损伤也较常见.在高能外力作用下,很容易发生脊椎骨折和椎关节脱位.从理论上讲,脊柱的任何部位都可能受伤,最近的两个回顾性研究发现胸腰部（T3-L3）和腰荐部（L4-L7）是最常受影响的两个部位[1].脊椎骨折可以采用非手术或手术,或者两者结合进行治疗.关于手术治疗脊椎骨折的报道在国内还未见,本回顾性研究主要是针对6例进行脊椎骨折手术固定的犬,对手术治疗的方法和效果总结如下.
