摘要
分析了整车耐久试验的工作流程和特点,研究了试验安全、质量、进度3个要素及其相互关系;基于试验工作流的功能视角重构了耐久试验组织体系。新的组织体系在某整车企业技术中心得到应用,与之前相比显著地提升了整车耐久试验工作的质量与效率。
The work flow and characteristic of vehicle durability test is analyzed, three key factors of vehicle durability test including safety, quality and progress are studied from the function per- spective. The vehicle durability test structure organization is rebuild based on work flow. The new or- ganization has applied in certain vehicle company technical center, which improved the quality and ef- ficiency of durability test greatly.
