摘要
以某款电动车的缓冲梁为例,探讨了连续碳纤维应用于缓冲梁的一种设计方法,阐述了具体的设计。在此基础之上,采用有限元分析方法对其低速碰撞进行仿真分析。结果表明,碳纤维复合材料缓冲梁能够满足该电动车低速碰撞的要求,同时实现了25%的减重效果。
The design method of applying continuous carbon fiber to the buffer beam is dis- cussed, and the design is detailed. By means of simulation, the performance under low - speed colli- sion of the car is analyzed based on finite element method. The results show that the carbon fiber com- posite buffer beam can fulfill the requirement of low speed collision with weight reduction of 25 %.
