摘要
研讨用于检测机械振动的基于Fat FS嵌入式文件系统的振动检测装置。它利用832M1系列三轴加速度传感器检测机械设备在三维坐标系下各轴的方向上的加速度变化情况,内部控制器利用自带的AD采样模块采集传感器各轴输出的电压,并把采样到的加速度值以.txt文件格式存储到SD卡上,最后再用电脑把存储数据读入,导入专业分析软件中进行分析。
In this paper, a new vibration monitor based on the FatFS embedded file systemis introduced. The 832M1 is a low power triaxial accelerometer, it can monitor the change of the 3-axis acceleration of the mechanical device. Then the controller samples the output voltage of the acceleration and the results are stored in the SD card in text file format. In the end, the results in the SD card are read via the USB interfaces and are handled by Professional analysis software.
