摘要
本文主要介绍台湾永宏PLC在全自动五轴四边磨玻璃机上的应用。系统采用的永宏FBsMCT系列高功能型PLC,单主机可带4轴200KHz高速脉冲输出。利用永宏PLC特色高速联机,主从PLC间可达920KHZ高速通讯互联,实现多轴精确定位控制。配套永宏USD-A3系列伺服,搭配永宏HU系列触摸屏,可以实现简单高效操控。
This article mainly introduces FATEK PLC in the automatic application of five-axis sided glass grinding machine; It used in FATEK FBs-MCT series high performance PLC, Which single-host with 4 shafts 200KHz high-speed pulse output. FATEK PLC supports 920KHz high-speed communications interconnect between master and slave PLC to realize multi-axis positioning control; Carrying FATEK USD-A3 series servo system and FATEK HLI series touch screen, We can implement simple and efficient handling.
