摘要
商品化沼气池近年来保有量不断增加,作为保障产品质量的重要手段,质量检测起到了重要作用。水压间容积是检测结果中的一个重要指标,但水压间形状各异,难以通过几何公式直接计算,而水重法又有其局限性。文章通过比较水重法和Pro/E建模的测量结果,证明这两种方法同样真实、有效,而后者局限性更小,更为省时、省力。
The number of commercialized household bioges digesters is growing sharply in recent years. The quality inspec- tion is important to ensure the digester quality. And the volume of hydraulic chamber is a main parameter for the quality in- spoction, but the different kind of shapes make it hard to calculate directly. The tranditional water weight method has some limitations. The comparison between water weight method and the Pro/E modeling method is presented in this paper. The result showed that both methods are feasible, but the Pro/E modeling method is better because of its less limitation, and al- so it could save time and manpower.
