《伤寒论》顾护脾胃思想之探析

《伤寒论》为张仲景经典之著,书中顾护脾胃的思想,对后世医家影响深远。通过对《伤寒论》中的桂枝汤证、半夏泻心汤证、十枣汤证、白虎汤证、小柴胡汤证、柴胡桂枝干姜汤证、小建中汤证等的治疗、用药、方后调护法的解析,从健运脾胃调和营卫,寒温并用健脾祛邪,祛邪护脾免伤正气,肝病实脾助正达邪,温健脾胃调中补虚,五个方面对仲景顾护脾胃思想进行了探析。

Treatise on exogenous febrile disease is the classical works by ZbangZhongjing. The thought of protecting spleen and stomach and middle-jiao have a huge impact on physicians of past generations. Through analying the treatment, medication and nursing methods of Guizhi decoction syndrome, Banxia Xiexin decoction syndrome, Ten jujube decoction syndrome, Bai Hu decoction syndrome, Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome, Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction, Xiaojianzhong decoction syndrome of Treatise on exogenous febrile disease, Zhang Zhongjing＇s thought of protecting spleen and stomach is explored from five aspects： strengthening the spleen and stomach to harmonize yingfen and weifen, using of cold and warm simultaneously to strengthening the spleen and eliminating pathogenic effects, eliminating pathogenic effects and protecting spleen to protection of vital qi, nourishing the spleen during treating liver disease to strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogenic effects, wanning and invigorating spleen and stomach to regulating middle energizer and tonify deficiency.
