摘要
针对铁磁材料应力测试参数补偿问题,设计了四极压磁应力检测传感器,利用一对电极检测试件,另一对电极检测补偿试件,并设计了电路,在设计的传感器基础上进行了板材试件拉伸试验,试验验证了传感器的基本磁测性能,它具有性能稳定、结构简单的特点,可用于板材及管材应力在线无损检测。
Aiming at the problems of compensation for stress testing in ferromagnetic materials, the quadrupole magnetic stress detection sensor was designed. One pair of electrodes was for detecting specimen, and the other pair of electrodes was for detecting compensation specimen.And the circuit was also designed.On the basis of the design of the sensor, plate specimens were under ten- sile test.The experiment verifies the basic magnetic performance of the sensor.It has stable performance,simple structure,and can be used for sheet metal and pipe stress online nondestructive testing.
