摘要
介绍了基于C8051F021单片机电导率表的测量原理、硬件结构、软件设计和通讯方式。仪表采用脉宽可调的双极性脉冲电压作为电导率测量的激励源,消除了介极化现象,减小了电容效应带来的误差。此方法可以提高测量精度,简化硬件电路的设计。软件设计部分对测量数据进行直线拟合,完成了数据的软件补偿,提高了测量精度。
The new conductivity instrument based on C8051F021 single-chip was introduced. Its measuring principle, hardware structure, software design, and communication method were discussed.Instrument adopted width adjustable bipolar pulse voltage as its exciting source, eliminated the dielectric polarization phenomenon and reduced the error brought about by the capacitance effect. This method can improve the measurement accuracy, and simplify the design of hardware circuit. Software design part introduced the linear fitting of measurement data and completed software compensation of the data, which can improve the accuracy of measure-ment.
