摘要
针对电气化铁路接触网的建设和日常维护的需求,研制了一种便携式弹性吊索张力检测装置。将静力横张法测力原理作为测量张力的基本方法,以STM32F103C8T6作为主控芯片,完成了信号采集和处理电路、电源管理模块电路、按键与微处理器的接口电路、液晶显示接口电路等硬件电路的设计,并完成了整个系统的软件设计。最后通过实验,验证了该装置在测量弹性吊索张力方面具有较高的精度。该装置在实际使用中已取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the requirement of catenaries construction and routine maintenance, a portable tension detection device for catenary elastic sling was developed.Using static force lateral tensioning measurement principle as the basic method for measur- ing tension,and STM32F103C8T6 as the master chip, it completed the design of hardware circuit such as signal acquisition and conditioning, power management module, interface between buttons and a microprocessor, LCD interface and so on, and the software design of the whole system was also completed. Finally, through experiments, the higher accuracy of the instrument in measuring e- lastic sling tension was verified.The device has achieved good effect in actual use.
