高龄股骨粗隆间骨折DHS内固定术后的早期循证康复护理

Early evidence-based rehabilitation nursing for DHS internal operative fixation of aged femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折DHS内固定手术的康复护理效果。方法回顾性分析2010-02—2013-02采用DHS内固定手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折58例,对住院期间患者的术后护理及康复指导方法进行分析总结。结果 58例患者在住院期间均未出现褥疮、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症。结论通过循证护理的应用并实施,降低了术后并发症的发生,保证了围手术期的安全,利于患者康复。

Objective To probe into the rehabilitation nursing effects of DHS internal operative fixation in aged fem oral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 58 cases of DHS internal operative fixation to treat aged fem oral in-tertrochanteric fracture from February 2010 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and postoperative nursing and rehabilitation directions during hospitalization was analyzed and sum m arized .Results 58 cases were not founded in pulm onary infection ,decubitus,urinary tract infection ,deep vein throm bosis and other com plication .Conclusion The application and im plem entation of evidence-based rehabilitation nursing can reduce postoperative com plications,ensure the safety in perioperative period ,and facilitate rehabilitation .
