高职院校教学管理信息化建设思考

高职院校教学信息化管理能够实现教学管理资源化、无共享与智能化。我们要认识到高职院校教学管理信息化理念落后,管理队伍信息化素质不高,教学管理信息化系统不完善等。树立全面的信息化教学管理观,提升信息化认识,加强宏观规划,建立配套的信息化教学管理机制;培养信息化素质过硬的管理队伍,提升管理人员信息化综合素质,完善信息化人才培养机制;构建相对完善的教学管理系统,完善信息化管理软件系统,突出师生管理两条主线,构建畅通的信息化教学管理平台等。

Teachinsg information management enables teaching management resources, unlimited sharing and in- telligent. We must recognize that Teachinsg idea behind management information, the information is not high quality management team, teaching management information systems imperfect. Establish a comprehensive information manage- ment concept of teaching, enhance understanding of information technology, strengthen macro planning, teaching and supportin~ the establishment of information management system; information technolo~ culture, excellent quality of the management team to improve the overall quality of management information, and improve information technology per- sonnel training mechanism ; build a relatively perfect teaching management system, improve iIfformation management software system, teachers and students in the management of two main lines, smooth flow of information to build teaching management platform.
