高教专升本人才创新与实践能力培养探索

加强学生创新和实践能力的培养是高校教育改革的重要任务之一,是市场对应用型人才的需求的保障。目前国内针对专升本学生的能力培养模式还不健全,相关研究只是单一面向高校全日制本科生,而且国内与国外对大学生的创新和实践能力培养还存在一定的差距。本文以培养大学生创新和实践能力为目的,结合作者在创新实践教学中取得的经验,提出了一套切实可行的人才培养模式,探究适用于电气工程专业专升本学生创新实践能力培养的途径,切实提高应用型人才培养质量。

Strengthen the cultivation of students＂ innovation and practical ability is one of the important tasks of the reform in Higher Education. At present the college students ability training mode is not perfect, the relevant research is only a single for the university students, but also at home and abroad on College Students＂ innovation and practice ability there is still a gap. The purpose of this paper is to cultivate students＂ innovation and practice ability, the author obtains in the innovation in practice teaching experience, put forward a set of feasible training mode, explore the application way in electrical engineering college students the ability of innovation and practice, and cultivate high quality talents.
