线路保护二次重合闸间隔时间的分析与探讨

摘要 解决线路出现短时重复故障情况下保护二次重合闸不动作的问题。分析发现该问题的原因是二次重合闸的间隔时间过长。从断路器储能过程及保护重合闸的充电方面进行分析,采取了取消断路器储能时闭锁重合闸回路和修改保护装置重合闸充电逻辑的改造措施,并通过设计的断路器储能过程的模拟二次回路开展验证。试验结果表明:按照躲过断路器储能时间来整定重合闸充电时间,能够大幅减少线路保护二次重合闸的间隔时间。 The problem of non-action of secondary reclosing protection under short time repetitive line faults is solved. It is found by analysis that the reason of the problem is the overlong time interval of the secondary reclosing. By analyzing from aspects of energy storage process of breaker and charging of protection reelosing. Modification measures is adopted including canceling the lockout reclosing circuit during the energy storage process of breaker and changing the charging logic of reelosing of protection device. The verification is carried out by the simulated secondary circuit with designed energy storage process of breaker. Test results show that the time interval of the secondary reclosing of line protection can be greatly reduced by setting the reclosing charging time avoiding the energy storage process of breaker.
