摘要
为了提高客户满意度,实现供电企业与居民用户用电信息双向互动沟通交流,研究了主站后台预付费模式的智能用电管理系统。对系统的架构及工作流程进行设计,对新型预付费集中器功能进行优化,同时将计量自动化系统、营销MIS系统、95598呼叫系统平台、预购电系统有机融合。经过试点应用,该系统可成功将实时电量、电费、剩余电费等信息实时向居民用户展现,对提高客户服务水平以及客户满意度有重要意义。
In order to promote customers satisfaction degree, realize two ways interaction communication between power supply enterprise and power consume information of residential customers. The intelligent power consumption management system based on main station background prepayment model is studied. The constructer and working flow of the system is designed ; the function of new type prepayment central collector is optimized. Metrology automation system, marketing MIS system, 95598 calling system platform and prepayment system integrated organically. By the trial application, the system can successfully display real-time information including energy consumption, electricity cost and cost remains which has important significance to the improvement of customer service level and satisfaction degree.
