摘要 以硅橡胶为基体、低熔点玻璃粉为填料制备高温可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料,并对其结构与性能进行研究。结果表明:经偶联剂KH-560包覆的玻璃粉在硅橡胶中的分散性获得改善,拉伸强度提高;玻璃粉/硅橡胶复合材料在400~700℃的热空气中加热1h即可瓷化,填料的表面处理对复合材料的瓷化效果无明显影响。 Using silicone rubber as matrix and low melting point glass powder as filler,the silicone rubber ceramifying composites were prepared, and the structure and properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that, the dispersion of low melting point glass powder in silicone rub- ber was improved after treatment by silane coupling agent KH-560 and the tensile strength of the composites increased. When the low melting point glass/silicone rubber composites were heated at 400-700℃ in the air for about 1 hour,the composites were transformed to ceramic. In addition,the beha- vior of ceramic transformation was not affected by filler surface treatment.
