防焦剂CTP对天然橡胶硫化胶交联密度和填料网络的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究防焦剂CTP用量对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶的交联密度、填料网络及物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着防焦剂CTP用量的增大,NR胶料的焦烧时间明显延长,填料网络化程度增大;硫化胶的交联密度略有下降,损耗因子增大,定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和回弹值均呈减小趋势,压缩生热有所升高;当防焦剂CTP用量为0.5份时,NR胶料的综合性能较好。 The effect of the addition level of anti-scorching agent CTP on the crosslink density, filler network and physical properties of NR vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that,as the addition level of CTP increased, the scorch time of NR compound extended significantly, and the filler network was strengthened. At the same time,the crosslink density of the vulcanizates decreased slightly, the loss factor increased, the modulus, tensile strength, tear strength and resilience tended to decrease, and the compression heat build-up increased. When the addition level of CTP was 0.5 phr, the overall properties of NR compound were good.
