填充因数对密炼机混炼性能影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用流体软件FLUENT建立密炼机二维等温有限元模型,数值模拟研究0.3,0.7,0.95三种填充因数对密炼机混炼效果的影响。结果表明,随着填充因数的增大,胶料受到的最大剪切力及两转子旋转所需的转矩都增大,与填充因数为0.3及0.95的混炼过程相比,填充因数为0.7时的胶料混炼效果更好。 The 2D finite element model of flow field in partially filled internal mixer at constant temperature was established using FLUENT. The mixing results of the mixer under different filling factors were investigated. The studied filling factors were 0.3,0.7 and 0.95. The results showed that, with the increase of filling factor, the maximum shear stress and the torque input to operate the machine increased. Compared with the filling factor 0.3 and 0.95 ,mixer with filling factor 0.7 could provide better flow field characteristics for mixing.
