摘要
介绍了对109 m2沸腾炉焙烧系统结构进行的优化改造。改造后,曲靖分公司锌厂沸腾焙烧系统经济技术指标和盈利能力得到大幅度提高,实现长周期稳定运行,实现高度自动化及管控一体化,低能耗、清洁文明生产。
Optimization of the system structure in 109-square-meter fluidized bed roaster is described. After modification, the eco- nomic and technical index and profit ability of boiling roasting system are improved greatly in Zinc Factory of Qujing Branch, achieving long cycle and stable operation, high automatization and the integration of management and control, low energy consumption, cleanness and civilization of manufacturing and production.
