Comparison of Aroma Components from Wild and Cultivated Dendrobium officinale by GC-MS with Solid-phase Microextraction

摘要 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,气质联用(GC-MS)法分析野生和栽培铁皮石斛的挥发性成分.从野生和栽培铁皮石斛中,分别鉴定出97种和80种挥发性成分,相对含量均占总离子峰的96.0%,具有60个相同的化合物,主要成分均包含芳樟醇、癸醛、对映-海松-8(14),15-二烯等化合物. Contents of wild and cultivated Dendrobium officinale were separated and analyzed by GC-MS with sam- ple introduction of the solid-phase microextraction fibers. The results showed that 97 and 80 chemical components are isolated and identified separately from the wild and cultivated D. officinale, which accounted for 96.0% both of the to- tal essential oils. The wild and cultivated D. officinale have 60 identical volatile chemical composition that largely in- cludes linalool, decanal, ent-pimara-8 (14) , 15-diene and so on.
