摘要
采用简易的热熔剂法,成功地制备了Yb3+和Er3+共掺杂的Na Lu F4纳米晶。由于其很强的上转化发光及经过表面修饰后很好的生物相容性,Na Lu F4纳米晶被应用作为上转化荧光探针,对西红柿表皮细胞进行荧光成像,结果表明,上转化纳米探针能很好地吸附在西红柿细胞的细胞壁,对细胞的形貌进行清晰的成像,为动植物细胞的研究提供了新的成像途径。
Using the heat flux method simple,the successful preparation of nanocrystalline Yb3+and NaLuF4 Co doped Er3+ were prepared.Because of its compatibility is strong up conversion luminescence and after surface modification of good biological,NaLuF4 nanocrystals were used as transformation of fluorescent probe,fluorescent imaging,the results showed that tomato epidermis cells,on the conversion of nano probe can be welladsorbed on the cell wall of tomato cells,morphology of the cells was clear imagin g, provides a new way for the study of imaging of animal and plant cells.
