京津冀区域校企合作主要受区域内的环境因素和合作主体的情况影响,在京津冀经济一体化背景下,顺应京津冀区域产业结构和经济发展,完善政策环境,建立保障机制,构建政府、高校、企业的三位一体模式,以企业为主体、以政府为主导、以高校为协同,加强高校自身优势建设,促进京津冀区域校企合作,逐步实现京津冀区域协同创新发展。

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region university-enterprise cooperation is mainly affected by the environmental factors and cooperation main body. Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic integration, this article conformed to industrial structure and economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, perfected the policy environment, established the guarantee mechanism, constructed the ＂trinity＂ model of government, universities and enterprises. The enterprises are the main body, the government is dominant, and the universities are coordinated. The purpose is to strengthen the construction of the universities, promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region university-enterprise cooperation, and realize Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region collaborative innovation development gradually.
