云南边疆大学生职业价值观的现状调查及教育思考——以云南部分高校的调查为例

A Survey on Present Situation of Undergraduates' Occupational Values in Yunnan Frontier Universities And Its Educational Thoughts——Take Some Universities' Investigation in Yunnan As Examples

通过对云南省10余所高校近3000名大学生的问卷调查,探讨了当代大学生的职业动机、职业选择的自主性、职业评价等方面所呈现出来的特点,并在此基础上,提出了对当代大学生进行职业价值观教育和引导的相应建议。

Through a survey on nearly 3000 students of more cusses the characteristics of contemporary university students choice. Based on the survey, we puts forward the corresponding than 10 universities in Yunnan Province, the paper dis- motivation, autonomy and evaluation of occupational suggestions about the education and guidance for them.
