摘要
以苯酚和聚乙二醇-400为液化剂合成竹材液化树脂,并加入表面活性剂、固化剂、发泡剂、交联剂等,制备竹材液化树脂发泡材料,分析质量填充系数对发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明:质量填充系数从1.73增至2.73,发泡材料的压缩强度增强,热稳定性能良好,阻燃性能略有下降。当质量填充系数为2.27时,发泡材料的压缩强度为0.15 MPa,临界氧指数为31%,可满足外墙泡沫保温材料的性能要求。
Liquefied bamboo resin was synthesized with phenol and polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) as a liquefying reagent. Foaming materials were made from the liquefied bamboo resin by adding a surface active agent, curing agent, foaming agent and isoeyanate. Effects of mass filling coefficient (MFC) on the structure and properties of the foaming materials were evaluated. The results showed that with increased MFC, compressive strength of the material increased with more uniform cell structure and decreased flame retardancy. However, MFC had little effect on thermal stability of the material. The compressive strength of the foaming material reached 0. 15 MPa with a critical oxygen index of 31% when MFC was 2.27, which met the requirement for thermal insulation for exterior wall materials.
