摘要
为研究SUV车型塑料前端模块在行人大腿保护性能上的结构设计方法,以某SUV前端模块结构设计为例,以Euro-NCAP为评价指标,建立该SUV前端结构模型。运用CAE仿真分析验算,对比分析更改前后结果。提出对该SUV车型前端模块在结构刚度强弱及布置空间大小上进行合理优化,能有效降低碰撞中对大腿的伤害值,有效提升行人大腿保护性能,为后续SUV车型塑料前端模块结构设计提供参考。
The purpose of this paper is to study the design way of the plastic front-end module of SUV based on pedestrian upper-leg protection. Taking SUV's front-end module as an example, Euro-NCAP is used as the evaluation target to establish SUV front-end model. Before and after modifications are compared through simulation calculation by CAE. The paper presents that optimizing the stiffness of the structure and layout space of SUV's front-end module can reduce the injury value and improve the performance of pedestrian upper-leg protection effectively, providing some references for the continuous design of SUV's front-end module.
